Input materials in the production process are C.1212, C.1213, C.1214, C.7100, C.7400 as well as steel in accordance with ASTM.

Bending of pipes bent in various planes up to diameter f 609.6 mm and wall thickness up to 100 mm, bending radius from R-3d to infinity is performed by a machine for induction bending owing to which it is possible to achieve quality of bends (ovality, pipe wall thinning) that is higher than one obtained by other methods.

New in "LUK"'s offer is machining of workpieces that have larger overall size; for the time being, a carussel lathe is in function that enables machining of workpieces up to 4000 mm in diameter, and, in near future, we shall also have in operation some other machines (boring machine, radial drilling machine), which will complete our offer covering the field of so-called high-precision heavy machining.
